“We were not pleased with our purchase. It took us over two months to receive our purchase. Every time we received a delivery date (3 times) it was never delivered and we were never contacted. When we tried to obtain an update on our purchase NO ONE could help us. We contacted the phone number for the online purchase and the closest store and the delivery company number. We could only be told it was ordered and that was it. We didn’t know we were getting it until it showed up two hours after the 4th delivery date/time. Worse online purchase service and worse customer service from support agencies. I would be hard pressed to purchase from Ashley again. Also don’t like how the pieces of the sectional don’t line up after it is installed.”
