“Let me start off with saying this couch caused me to develop narcolepsy. I can't put the recliner back without passing out. I've spilled a little coffee on it and it cleaned up perfectly. It's very comfortable.”

Couch is great but Ashley Furniture customer service is bleh.

“Love the couch and hope it stays working. We got this couch in January and within a few days the head rest motor was not working. It took Ashley furniture 6 months to ship us the part and have someone come out and fix it in July. It would have been probably more cost effective and customer friendly to have us bring the single piece that was broken and swap it out at the store. So while I do recommend this couch because things happen, I would suggest buying it from a company with better customer service”

5 star and GREAT if you have cats

“Truly amazing and holds up well. I've had this set, the sectional and a loveseat since July 2024 right when this version/model came out. There were no reviews anywhere. Glad I bought it. I have two cats and while they don't scratch it like they do their scratching posts, they do run across it, jump up/down and grab with their claws. But there are still no visible scratches. It still looks and sits like brand new.”
