sectional left seat leans to the right...

“We purchased this about 3 years ago and it still looks very good. My only issue is that the section the chair next to the cup holders on the left. The seat leans to the right. I had a couple of tech come out to see if they could fix it by adding extra cushion but even that did not work. So I'm sitting here with a defect sectional. Other than that it's easy to clean.”

Buyer beware

“I just bought this sectional and it was delivered on 5/17. Paid for White Glove Delivery. The delivery men where extremely rushed, spoke no English, they threw the sectional together. Did not give me a chance to try the recliners and were out the door. The left zero wall recliner was damaged and it appears the frame is bent. I called Customer on Monday, May 19th and spoke to a woman and explained what occurred. She said she had to send me a link to to a live chat. She said I would need to take four pictures. One a backdrop picture of the whole sectional, the serial number of the piece and pictures of the unit. I started the live chat, that’s not live but a Bot taking the information. After I entered all of this, the 3 options Ashley offered was a gift card for $101 dollars & to keep the damaged piece, a $67 refund (seriously on $675 portion for the recliner piece only) or send someone to repair it. Absolutely unacceptable, I want a brand new placement LAF Zero Wall Power Recliner delivered and swapped out. Ashleys response, No, once delivered it falls under warranty. Are you kidding me, on a brand new $2,500 sectional. I do not want a damaged piece repaired to “showroom quality “. I explained if they could not send a replacement, I want to return the entire sectional. I was told this wasn’t an option but the would fix it to “showroom quality” Needless to say I am very disappointed and very frustrated with Ashley. You can’t talk to a live person, all of this is done through a “live chat” via email. I will attempt to go to the store in Vernon Hills to see if the store manager or salesperson can take care of this whole debacle. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY! The personal touch of customer service does NOT exist at Ashley!!”

Stiff and uncomfortable

“If you’re going to buy this couch, definitely buy it online and not in store. I paid almost double in store and there is a no return policy. The way these pieces fit together is flimsy and the cushion is very stiff. The reclining is a “zero gravity” recline, so your legs are always elevated when reclined, which we haven’t found to be very comfortable either. The couch also arrived damaged even with the white glove delivery. Overall it’s very cheaply made and overpriced. The customer service is truly the worst I’ve ever experienced, so I would recommend shopping elsewhere.”
