“We were told by the sales manager that our cat could not penetrate the faux leather. He said the claws would get stuck but nothing would happen to material. Well, our cat was able to scratch the material and tear it. It also shows puncture marks from her claws. We feel duped!”

“I loved the look of this recliner, so purchased it and the match sofa. They both are incredibly uncomfortable to sit in for long periods. The chair doesn't support your neck well when leaned all the way back, even when you tilt the headrest forward. I made a big mistake, and now I'm stuck with furniture that I hate. Don't make the same mistake as I did.”
