“STAY AWAY. This is Horrible. It is hard as a rock and will kill your back. We are TERRIBLY disappointed. It wasn't on floor but couch was. Day night difference. I only wish we could return or exchange. The Absolute worst piece of furniture I have ever had and I am almost 70. I can barely walk with my back hurting sooooo bad.”

“Absolutely LOVE this item! I am a big girl and was worried it would not sit well, but it is PERFECT. It is firm with soft fabric. Love the features. The only thing that would make it better is if the USB was on the outside of the chair or inside of the console.”

“Love the furniture and the delivery was very timely and set-up was well done. We do have an issue. One of the USB ports on an armrest has quit working after only a week. We ordered the furniture online so we’re not sure how to proceed with getting this fixed.”

“We love everything about it, but after one week, the head rest quit working, we call and they send the part to replace the motor for that part , we received it and we haven’t received any communication from them to fixed yet after having the part for 2 weeks siting at home, hope they call or communicate how to proceed”
