Good Price for Good Couch

“This couch is great if you’re looking for affordable power reclining. It’s quite firm. One power cord is very short, maybe 3 feet and is located in the middle of the couch so you need to account for that. The middle pull down piece is very convenient and the lights are a nice touch. We have had this couch for five months and it’s still holding up great. We have dogs but keep covers over it 24/7. It’s a good price for a fancier looking couch.”

Please Read - Need to Know: Poor Quality, Terrible Warranty Company

“I will not buy from Ashley again. The sofa I got was nice looking, the staff were friendly, and the process was easy.
However, since then, it has been far from stellar:
•The cushion on one side has completely lost its shape and is crushed all the way. I must sit on a folded blanket to have my feet comfortably on the floor.
•The recliner footrest is very uncomfortable. To comfortably use it, I must put a blanket on the top part because the top part of the wood on the bottom is not surrounded by cushion.
•The recliner control buttons on either side of the sofa are on the inside and not comfortable to work. It would be better placed on the outside of the arm. The USB phone charger on the inside is an issue as well-it protrudes and tends to be in the way of comfortable seating.
•The power in the center console quit working one month after the warranty expired.
•The power charger no longer holds a charge, and I must manually plug it in when I need to use it so that I don't waste electricity leaving it plugged in when the electronics are not needed.
I got a minor nick barely visible in the fabric but reported it long before the warranty expired to make sure I could get it fixed before it became a major issue.
MAJOR ISSUE:
•The company has an outside warranty company (Extend) which employs a third-party repair company (SAW).
oSAW has an F rating with the BBB bureau for a reason.
oThey cancel appointments at times, just don't show up without calling at times and when they do show up, they have excuses for not getting it done - need parts got the wrong parts and 9 months later I am still waiting for one minor nick the fabric after reporting it 9 months ago.
I called Ashley to let them know that the company they were using was a farce but they just brushed me off.”

“This power sofa recliner is fantastic. Love that it can be two individual recliners....OR, a full sofa for three people, or to lie down on the whole thing! The material is very silky soft again;t your skin. The lights in the middle seat are an added bonus, the power module in the middle seat with phone charger seems to be adequate. Not overly familiar with the "touch" chargers, but it seems very slow to charge. But the power works as an option as well. All in all, highly recommend this unit.”

“The couch is great, but Ashley customer service is TERRIBLE. they charged me a $150 delivery fee, even though I picked the couch up myself. After multiple phone calls they refuse to refund it. Shop elsewhere!!”

“Very nice couch for the price! Love all the extras. I looked at a lot of couches before deciding on this one, I wanted something with a drop down table, charging capabilities, and a power recliner. It has all of that plus storage in the arms. The only downside to the couch is it is very firm, I was hoping it would be a little more cushy. Hopefully with time it will become more comfortable.”

“The store display set is much more comfortable and is better quality than the furniture we recieved. As first we thought it was just because it's new so we had to break it in some to achieve the level of comfort the stores is. Fast forward a few months and no, theres no comfortableness being achieved.
The overall look of the furniture is great, however the comfort and quality is trash. I've had the set (sofa and loveseat) for less than a year and absolutely hate them! They are extremely uncomfortable and have poor hardware quality.”

“We bought this a month ago and I hate it. You cannot raise your feet higher than the sofa seat and the cupholder on the arm is VERY uncomfortable when resting your arm there. The lights are not bright enough to use for reading.”
