“I was tired of computer chairs with pneumatics that wear out after a year or two. I started to get arm pains from angling my arm up on my mouse, so I decided to go the recliner route. This one is a perfect size for me. I'm wider than I am tall (5'6 225 lbs) and there was plenty of room for me width-wise, and my feet could easy touch the floor to scoot it around. I feel comfortable in it, and I'm enjoying being able to recline while I game. It seems to be a hit with the cats. Instead of laying on my keyboard, they're happy to lay on the back of the chair or on my lap, which is highly preferred. I just wish they wouldn't use me to climb up and down the back of the chair. I have zero complaints. I should have switched to a recliner ages ago.”

“Sorry, but wouldn’t buy this particular one again. Looks great and color is perfect. I ordered it online and had never done that. My husband says when he puts it in the reclining position and moves a little bit it’s a constant battle to keep it from going back to the upright position. The arm rest are not sewed down to the chair. They are put on with a zipper and one of them keeps coming apart in the middle of the zipper. Love my other furniture from Ashley just not a fan of this one particular chair. Obviously a recliner might be something you only buy from the store so you can try it out and make sure it’s the right feel for you.”

“I purchased 2 of these recliners; one in brown the other in gray. I chose this recliner for two reasons: size was smaller and there was NO rocking, gliding or swiveling which I have no need for any of that. It took a little longer to chairs to be delivered than told by salesman in store, but once scheduled, delivery was quick and on time. All my previous chairs have been leather, so I did hesitate to purchase these as they are made with Polyester/polyurethane upholstery and I worried about my dogs, especially the one that climbs up in the chair with me. I love how these chairs recline and they are zero wall design. The chairs are not as soft as the one in the store, but I'm hoping it only needs to be broke in. For the money, I am happy with our new chairs. Truthfully, I do not expect them to last years and years, but I also did not pay a ton for this furniture.”

I have to standup keeping my legs against the footrest and then turn and push it in by hand, it is very stiff and will not close using legs. I hope it just stiff from being new and will in time loosen up. It is part of the love seat and chair I purchased 2 years ago and still matches well.”

“Bought 2 recliners and the 4 year warranty. After 1year the finish is coming off the recliner. We bought the 4 year extended warranty. The salesman told us it would cover anything but pets. Since we don’t have pets we should be good. Was I wrong. Ashley pretty much told me that I was stuck. They will not honor what they sell. The warranty is just a scam. They were supposed to return our call and never did. Their service and warranty are terrible. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from them.”

After about 2 months of use in my chair, the wood in the calf/leg portion is painfully apparent- so much that it’s uncomfortable to recline with my legs up. I really thought I would get more use than this out of it. Very disappointed and do not recommend. My husbands chair sounds like it is about to fall apart every time he sits down.”

“Loved the feel of the recliner in the store. Unfortunately I was sent a recliner with a broken frame. The one I recieved wobbles a bit, is more difficult to recliner requiring more effort to lean back and one of the prongs that holds the back to the base was bent. I was able to get the backrest on the base but unfortunately with the frame itself also bent the chair doesnt sit completely flat. Delivery driver also left the package upside down upon delivery. The chair I tried in store was very comfortable so I am hopeful that when the replacement frame arrives (4+ weeks) and is installed (have to call when new frame arrives to schedule the repair) that mine will be just as comfortable. Finger crossed as I was told this model is now discontinued”
