“My family really loves this sofa. It’s very comfortable, and has space for all four of us. The chaise is something the kids can’t get enough of lounging on. Overall, the firmness is great for me, not too hard and not too soft. Really love everything about it, and rate the sofa 5 stars. However, the amount of time it took to be “in stock” and delivered, really ruined the experience for me. I ordered my sofa Dec 15, it was delivered February 12 having set up the delivery the previous week. For that reason, I rated it 4 stars.”

“This is a very nice and comfortable sofa. Love the chaise and that it can go on either side. Comes with beautiful, good quality pillows. The only part I would find to be negative is that the chaise cushion lifts a bit higher at end when you sit on the chaise side (see-saw effect). Not a deal-breaker.”

“The couch itself is great. However when my daughters ordered the couch & it was delivered the frame & arm on one side is broken. One arm absolutely has no padding you can feel the frame through the fabric and when you look at the back from the side it’s clear the frame is broken. When she contacted Ashley she had to file a claim.—-why?? Should be replaced immediately—The couch was clearly damaged when it was delivered should never have made it to delivery. Hopefully Ashley will do the right thing and replace the couch with a new one quickly and not drag this out.”

“I purchased the sofa, oversized chair and ottoman. Love the way the seat sits high so I can easily stand up from the sitting position. I was looking for a sofa with attached back pillows so I'm not constantly fluffing up pillows. This had that. The Taupe color is great, not too light or dark. Gives a kind of coastal vibe to my room. I use the ottoman as a coffee table so it does doube duty. I would have given it a five star but It looked like there was some stuffing lacking in some areas.”

Delivery drivers knocked over my container garden ruining all the seedings!! They then hastily tried to cover up the fact that they had tipped it over and just shoved everything back together definitely incorrectly in the wrong spot. Nothing ended up growing, and I am extremely upset. I immediately contacted Ashley furniture to tell them about what happened during the delivery and they never did anything! I will absolutely never order anything from Ashley furniture ever again..”

“We love the sofa, however the head delivery guy was absolutely disrespectful which has us deciding we will never buy from Ashley again. Understandable it was extremely hot we got nothing but attitude (being the last stop of the day for this gentleman) he brought the sofa to the front door and looked at it for a few minutes and then started to take the sofa away. When my husband confronted the delivery guy he would not explain told him to just call the number. After a longer conversation with my husband he told the delivery guy to leave it on the front porch and he would do it himself. With a little extra effort my husband was able to deliver it into the house with help of my 11-year-old son. The entire communication was very disrespectful as I was informed he had done it for 19 years and he knew what he was doing. But yet again, my husband and 11 year-old son was able to bring it in the house. On top of all the we were still charged the white glove delivery fee of $170.”

“This chaise sofa is gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations. It's roomy and very comfortable, with firm cushions. I'm 6' tall and this is the only sofa I've owned that lets me fully lie down with extra room. It also looks elegant but homey and, surprisingly, the included throw pillows are very good quality. I have to also acknowledge the incredible Ashley delivery! I purchased this sofa online on a Monday and it was delivered two days later, on Wednesday. Delivery was smooth, thanks for Ashley's notification system, and the two gentlemen were super-friendly and set up the sofa quickly.”

“This is a great sofa! However, I would seriously reconsider buying online from Ashley unless you work from home and can wait around all day, multiple days, for delivery. To make a very long story short, I came home from work on two separate days to accept delivery during the "window"... The first day my delivery was apparently rescheduled without my knowledge or approval, and the second day I came home for my 1-4pm delivery and it didn't arrive until EIGHT O'CLOCK AT NIGHT. So I came home from work early and sat around for 7 hours for no reason. When I called the company to try and get an update, they said the only thing they could do was reschedule me to a different day, and I would have to talk to the AI Chatbot (which wasn't responding) about anything else. Do yourself a favor and go with another company or, if you really like this sofa, pick it up at the store.”

“I would love to love this sofa, it's a good size, and fits perfect where I wanted it to go , but the back across the top , is all uneven puckered and wavy, making it look really cheap. Back cushions are all different heights and they are attached so there's nothing I can do about it . The picture online that I ordered this from was a nice straight back across the top. I have contacted Ashley over and over and they keep saying I will get an email from them tomorrow so keep my phone close by, I've heard this four different occasions, still nothing. They have requested a serial number off the couch, we have turned that couch every which way, I have sent pictures of every tag on it but none of them are the serial number. I told them I cannot find a serial number. They know I bought the couch from them because I ordered it online directly from Ashley. I've been dealing with this for over 2 weeks now and still nothing is being done.”
