Ottoman never delivered

“Never received any tracking info or confirmation of potential delivery. My package was last reported in Virginia on 3/11. I live in Pennsylvania. I had to call to get the tracking info myself and was told to check my junk mail for reports of a lost package from FedEx. No mention of another ottoman being sent out or of getting a refund. I even paid extra for the protection plan. Lot of good it did.”

“The color and texture is not what I expected. The quality is just “okay.” Be careful of the return policy. I tried to return within the 30 days mentioned in the return policy, which I read before purchasing. I was denied because I didn’t contact within 72 hours after receiving. The way it reads online is that you must contact within 72 hours if it is defective or damaged. That makes sense if a claim must be made to the shipment carrier, etc. There were no issues with shipping. Once I realized the ottoman does not match my couch (I had it delivered to my house before I moved in), I wanted to return or exchange for another color. That seems simple and within the policy guidelines. I tried to contact online and I was referred to a number. I tried the number and the rep said no return possible bc it was after 72 hours of receipt. I said that is not what the return policy says. I was told I would receive an email and call once someone in management was in the office. That did not happen.”
