“Love sofa customer service poor,they ripped the bottom of sofa and no one has reached out to fix delivery guys said they would come to house and replace all bottom netting. No one has called or fixed.”

“Unfortunately, after having this couch for roughly about six months, the frame broke they denied warranty coverage stating it was my fault. I don’t have little kids that jump on my couch. Can’t see damage hidden by fabric. Very disappointed they wouldn’t make it right.”
