“I am really enjoying my dura Dash Pella reclining loveseat. I am praying that there are no problems with it. I did not receive any warranty papers at all when I purchased it from Ashley furniture. I had the worst experience with Ashley Furniture that I have ever had with any customer oriented business. The sales girl did a good job, but they seem to be getting rid of their managers sending their phone calls to some other country and you are unable to contact a human being to get any kind of assistance at all. If I owned this line of furniture, I would take it out of their showroom.”

“It is firm, that is for sure. I like the headrest. I hope it 'softens' up as time goes on. The end table was damaged in shipment which put us out on a Friday to wait for the replacement.”

Loving our New Furniture

“My wife and I are really enjoying our new loveseat! The cushions were very hard in the beginning, they are starting to break in making it much more comfortable.
Service was exceptional as was delivery. We also got the matching couch, which has been enjoyed by our friends, family and puppies!
Both pieces are, so far, very durable yet soft and comfortable. I would highly recommend these to our friends!”

“Buy a second sofa instead of the loveseat. The center console cup holders only holds narrow travel mugs not standard coffee cups. You will be better off with an extra seat to sit in. These are great if you have cats and dogs. They haven't scratched the material at all.”

“These are great. We bought the matching couches with it. We love the ability to recline super far back and have the headrest move to give your proper support. However, the one thing I dislike the most is how firm they are. Overall, I can overlook the firmness of the furniture for the overall functionality of it. I hope over time it will get less firm and once that happens, this will be perfect. The fabric is great and robust. It’s not that really cheap fake leather that gets ruined after one little scratch. The last thing I dislike is the USB ports on the sides and the fact they are USB and not USB-C. It would be nice to have a combo with them both and better if they were in the center console. I do like the cup holders. They have a removable holder where you can flip them based on the type of drink you have, one being for cold drinks and one side for hot drinks. The center console is big enough to hold a lot of things. The biggest thing we were able to fit in there at this point was an iPad.”

“I love this couch! I was looking for a firm couch because I have a bad back, and it's very hard to find something that I can sit in long term. I love that both the Chair and neck rest is adjustable and goes back zero gravity to help when you need to elevate your feet.
Nnow for the cons: The delivery process was a joke. They call you and set up a day, then reboot call for you to confirm, then follow up text. The ribo calls came at crazy times (5am, 7:45, 6:35). I could never answer and since it's robo you can't return call. It would of been simplified if they just sent a confirmation text. When I finally.got in touch with a mgr they didn't even have me down on the right day, so had to wait another week.
The delivery guys did awesome at setting up the couch. I also think the charging ports should be in the middle console .”
