“Seat Cushions: (+) I love them; they are what I consider firm compared to any other cushions I sit on, and I like firm. Pull handle: (-) They are way too hidden, and I have to jam my hand down a bit to find them. Once found they work effortless. Recline: (+) Works smoothly and goes pretty near flat. I have successfully fallen asleep reclined. Retracting: (-) When retracting the footrest, it doesn't easily latch. Even reverse kicking it while seated won't latch it. I have to get off the couch with the footrest trying to pop up, and push the footrest in. Arms: (+) Built-in pillows. Perfect softness and height; fell asleep successfully laying sideways too. Wishes: Color options. Have the center of the front frame base/bar go up and over an inch so I can insert a c-table over the center cushion.”

“I don’t like where the top “cushion” on the back hits my head. I’m 5’3” and it doesn’t allow my head to rest comfortably. It has broken in a little and is more comfortable now, but still I would check this before I bought another couch. I think if you’re 5’5 or taller it will meet your neck instead of the back of your head, and be very comfortable. Otherwise my family and pets have been giving it a workout and it is holding up to the use and abuse really well!”

“This couch is decent. You do get what you pay for. I like the couch but am not in love with it. This sofa starts out firm but then after a month or so of regular use does give a bit. If you're looking for a sofa for a basement or an area of the home that won't regularly be used for hours a day, this is your sofa. I am certain that this sofa will be around for about 5 years. Got it 6 months ago. I do love that the leg rest is solid and doesn't have any gaps and that it seems to handle my 6'0 height with my feet only overhanging an inch or two.”

“We purchased this solely from the reviews we read online. All the stores were closed (rightfully so). So we took the risk and ordered the sofa with the recliner chair. Let me tell you we were not disappointed! It is so comfortable. I agree that the color is more of a mushroom then brown. Which ends up being really neutral so it would match any space. The only thing that threw us off at first is the lever to recline is on the inside. Once you get used to it it's fine. Also we did have it assembled in our home, the delivery men were AMAZING!”

“I love this couch. Mostly because it is a real couch. It doesn't feel like a recliner. But if I feel like putting up my feet I can do it with a pull on the inside handle. The material is soft and puffy and so nice to sit on. The only thing I would add is a throw pillow behind my back so that I can sit up straighter. It does tend to lean back a bit and since I have a bad back I tend to start to hurt after a while. I found with a little pillow behind my back tends to make it much more comfortable to lounge for longer periods. I chose the tan grey color and I really love it in my home. Matches everything. The armrests are very plush and nice to rest your arms on. Very comfortable when you are reclined all the way in the sleeping position too. This is just what I was looking for, not one of those faux leather couches that wear out real fast. Workmanship on this couch is a keeper.”

“We love this couch! We have four kids so it’s perfect for our movie nights, everybody now has a comfy place to sit. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that there is no connection between the pieces, so they tend to move and separate from each other. I bought non-slip pads for two of them and that’s helping a lot, so I’m going to purchase some for the third piece as well. Not sure that this would even happen on carpet, we have laminate floors. I would recommend that the website update their pictures to better show the actual color, it’s quite a bit darker than the pics show. Luckily there were user photos so I knew this before I purchased. There was a tear in the back of the wedge, but the manager was so easy to work with and we came to a mutually beneficial agreement. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and look forward to reclining in it for years to come!”

“I bought this a few weeks ago. So far the family and friends enjoy it. Had to wake up guests as they fall asleep on it. The seat is stiff but the back and sides are so plush it supports you. Delivery was great although it didn't fit easily through the 32" doorway, as this comes completely assembled. It's longer than most recliners but my family is all 6' or longer so feet still hang off the end. I hope this holds up for many years.”
