Damaged chair, poor workmanship and horrific customer service

“We bought this set and finally received it four days ago but two of the four pieces had torn fabric or sewing that was coming apart. We immediately filed a claim and were told that we would hear back from them within 24 hours. The next day, we had not heard from claims so we called back, gave them all of the information again and were told we'd hear from someone within 24 hours. We waited again but did not hear from claims so we called back and had to give them the information AGAIN and were told we would hear back from claims within 24 hours. Not surprisingly, another day goes by and we still do not hear from claims so we call Ashley back, give the information and are told claims will contact us within 24 hours. However, it is now Friday afternoon and we were told that claims doesn't work on the weekends.”
