Worth the wait. This is a quality piece.

“So far, so good. We waited months for it but worth the wait. We have lain on the mattress, but not slept on it. We did not feel any bumps. Only "disappointment" is that the color is described as "caramel," but turns out, the color is simply brown. I was hoping for that glint of golden brown that should be in a piece called "caramel."”

“Very nice look and pretty good value for the Carianna Sofa Sleeper. Seating is generous and comfortable. Bought the Sofa Sleeper, Oversized Chair and Ottoman for our finished basement living area (man cave). The sofa sleeper will allow for the occasional guest overflow -- it's not a tempurpedic, but it will do nicely. It is decent quality for the price and fit our budget. It's top grain leather (not cheap split grain) seating surfaces. The nail heads give it a nice look. Nice rich caramel color (paired well with our old chocolate brown carpet which we did not want to replace). Wall color is Benjamin Moore Tavern Grey (kind of a muted loden green). Can't wait to mount the duck stamp prints artwork to finish the rustic look.”

“The couch itself is beautiful- I really like it, but upon delivery the couch was scratched, my door frame was cracked and a whole in my wall. I immediately called- and it has been a complete nightmare. I call every day and the reps always say someone will call me back, and 2 weeks later I have no resolution. I do feel like 2k for a couch and not being able to talk to someone who can resolve a situation within a couple days is crazy! I would not order online- Definitely order in store that way you can talk directly to someone who will do something about your order because online order customer service will just keep passing the issue to the next representative”
