“Very disappointed with <a href="http://Ashleyfurniture.com" target="_blank">Ashleyfurniture.com</a> The chair came damaged and asked to have it picked up and returned for full refund. I received a refund for the chair after it was picked up however they decided to keep my delivery fee. This chair came to me damaged I should not have been charged my delivery fee. That fee should have been returned to me along with the chair refund due to this being <a href="http://Ashleyfurniture.com" target="_blank">Ashleyfurniture.com</a> fault and not the customer’s. Pretty sneaky operation they have there. FYI if you want to purchase furniture at Ashley furniture I suggest going into the store nearest you and not purchase online. I found out too late that the online store is not affiliated with the brick and mortar stores. So customer service is over seas and not customer friendly.”

“This chair is not high quality at all. Major defect is thr seat cushion does not stay put, it slides out and is on a downhill slide. Very uncomfortable. This is probably their most expensive chair and it only has leather in minimal areas. Poorly constructed, looks nice but very sorry I bought it. Wide seating surface but short from front to back. Big waste of money and I only got this thinking it would be better since they only issued a credit for another bad chair from them. Morale of the story is their furniture is sub-par. Spend a little more and buy better made furniture.”
