“Ottoman is damaged and have communicated this multiple times with customer service beginning on Feb 15th 2024 . Have sent pictures and description of damages to customer service as asked and have been continuously told that someone will contact me in 24-48 hrs….. that has not happened. No follow up from them in any manner. I have contacted customer service again and again just to be told to wait to hear from them in 24-48hrs. Still waiting…… extremely disappointing and frustrating.”
