“Terrible quality zipper to seat cushion ripped after a few months. Tried to get it repaired, Ashely’s sent out a technician several times and he was never able to fix it. Awful!”

Visible stitching defects on day one

“Delivery was excellent — the team arrived on time and handled everything with care.
However, right after the sofa was delivered, I noticed clear manufacturing defects. The front stitching is uneven, with loose threads and a poorly finished seam that is visible immediately. This is not a subtle or wear-related issue — it came this way from the factory.
I filed a claim the same day and provided photos. For a brand like Ashley and for the price, I expected much better quality control. Receiving a brand-new sofa with obvious stitching defects is very disappointing.”
