Very Disappointed in Lombardia sofa and Ashley Furniture Policy

“Purchased the Lombardia sofa with two over sized chairs with ottomans. While I absolutely loved the look of my living room (it truly is beautiful), after about 2 weeks I started having back pain and could not get comfortable on the furniture without adding several throw pillows for lumbar support. After this short time period, it was sagging in places and felt like it was sliding you forward. My husband completely gave up on trying to get comfortable on the furniture and replaced one of the chairs with a comfortable one that unfortunately did not match but he was at least able to comfortably sit on it.
I contacted customer support to let them know I was extremely dissatisfied with the furniture and asked if there was anything they would be willing to do for me. After several different people over their chatting forum and after promising to "help" me, they let me know that "All sales are final". I asked the question "So customer satisfaction is not important to you and you did not stand behind your products?" to which I was again told "All sales are final".
I will never shop at Ashely Furniture again. I have purchased new furniture many times in the past and have never experienced an issue where I felt I needed to return it. Moving forward, I will only shop at furniture stores where they care enough about customer satisfaction to stand behind their products and offer at least a 14 day return window.”

“It is cheaply made furniture, not the same as it appeared in the store. The legs are plastic, the seats ripples each time you set. I would not recommend to no one. It is definitely not worth the money. Completely unsatisfied with this purchase. It does not seem to be the same furniture I seen in the store.”

“If it weren't bad enough that the sofa arrived with knicks on it, the delivery men also scratched it while bringing it through my door. It took almost a month to get replacement leather and a craftsman out to repair it. He did a decent job with the repair, however, it's not like new. It will do but it looked better when it was crafted at the warehouse.”
