Undeliverable after payment and promises

“I was promised delivery of this item for nearly two months, having to call weekly for updates, never being contacted by Ashley regarding the delays until finally having to cancel the order. My address still appears to be in the delivery area when ordering online but no actually Ashley store agrees with this. My current living room furniture, which I am attempting to replace, was purchased at and delivered by Ashley so I am still shocked at this nonsensical change. Now I'm left hoping I will eventually get refunded for this fully paid order. It is unlikely I will ever own a product from Ashley again.
All that said, I was blown away by how comfortable this loveseat was in the store. Wish I could experience it at home.”
