Ripped couch when delivered

“Brand new couch came ripped when delivered and we have been dealing with Ashley’s for months to get a new one and they keep postponing and did not want to give us a new couch. They blame the warehouse but told us they had it in the warehouse.
It’s ridiculous.”

“I recently purchased the sofa, loveseat and ottoman in the gray. The sofa looks great and is comfortable but there are annoyances. The cushions slide out. It is not as much of a problem with me sitting or lying on the sofa (120lbs) as it is w/my 200lb spouse. When he lies on the loveseat, the cushions slide out a significant degree. I’m trying Velcro but I’m not optimistic. The stitching location varies on cushion to cushion. The stitching on the cushions also doesn’t line up with the arms. I’ve done everything I can to make sure they are even (both the cushions with each other and the cushions with the arm).
The set is a great value for the money, and I’m not sure that a more expensive sofa wouldn’t have cushions that slide out, but I do think a more expensive sofa would have even stitching!! Having said that, because this is 2 or even 3 times cheaper than a comparable set, I’m giving it 4 stars and I will recommend it. However, if you need a standard brown leather sofa (as opposed to gray, which generally has to be custom made by other mfgrs), I might look elsewhere.”

Most of the lighter colors were too orange for us.

Beautiful and Comfy Set

“I shopped around for months looking to replace my set of 22yrs. I went to high end furniture stores and started my testing by plopping onto sofas and chairs looking for something that was instantly inviting before heading to Ashley's. It was here on this set that when I sat down I knew it was PERFECT , so comfy !
I have the Sofa , 2 Over-sized Chairs and the Ottoman and I absolutely LOVE them. Funny thing is I started my furniture shopping by stating "l am NOT getting a leather set" so no one was more shocked that I fell in love with this amazing set 😂. I purchased this in the Camel color.”
