“If I could do zero stars I would do it, I bought it and it came with a missing cable delivery guy said they would mail it. I agree it didn’t seem to be a big deal to me. Two days later the seat was up and didn’t come down again it broke. Four days I had it four days and it doesn’t work called customer service and they tell me to call the warranty I called them and they won’t do anything since is manufactured defect it’s been almost three weeks and still no result I spend $4000 dollars and sofas that don’t work.”
