Loved it at first - poor quality cushions

“I absolutely loved this sectional at first. The color was perfect and fabric soft & comfy. It didn't sit too low to the ground which was great for me being 6' tall. However, it turns out the quality is very poor because 8 months later and the cushions have gone flat and sink terribly. They have never stayed in place and now when you sit, you can feel the hard frame. I'm so disappointed because I spent so much time shopping for this sectional. I hate spending money on furniture that doesn't last. The ottoman has held up but it sits slightly higher than the couch. It wasn't too uncomfortable at first but now that the cushions sink so bad its pretty uncomfortable. I'm not sure if Ashley Furniture will do anything about it now. I bought the extra warranty so we'll see if they do anything about it.”
