“I’ve had the couch for a couple weeks now … So far so good. After the couch arrived, I realized another armless piece would make the sectional that much better… and it did! The sectional is comfortable. It is on the firm side, but still comfy enough to lounge and lay down. The color varies depending on the lighting in the room and the time of day… sometimes it looks like a sandy beige other times it looks gray.. The back cushions are attached, which is perfect especially if you have kids. Great couch especially for the price! So far so good…”

“We purchased this item and it was in stock. It was scheduled for delivery about 5 weeks out. The day it was supposed to arrive I received a confirmation call it was coming. Hours later we get a call from the driver saying he can’t make it and that the office is closed but they will call in the morning. After not receiving a phone call, I call them. When I ask about when I can expect delivery they say their system shows it’s already delivered… once that was cleared up they told me the next ship date would be another 5 weeks! Eventually we have to settle on me picking it up myself. I show up to the depot and they don’t know where it is, I get the same run around that it shows it was already delivered. Again we sort that out and eventually they find it. The couch is fine, but with the time, energy, and money to rent the uhaul we would have been better not purchasing from Ashley online.”

“So far we are loving our new Bavarian sectional. The fabric is soft and the cushions are the perfect balance of soft and firm. My husband has a ton of back issues and can’t sit too long on a very soft couch, so this was a great choice for him. I love that it came with the accent pillows as well. The color matches our neutral toned theme of the room. Would definitely recommend.”

“I initially really loved the look and feel of this sofa until I noticed that the cushion began to wear really fast and that the fabric plies with tiny fabric balls quickly. The color is great and it was very comfortable in the beginning but it is starting to wear quickly which concerns me. I did purchase online without testing it out in the store which is probably my mistake.”

“I was nervous about purchasing a couch sight unseen but I am really pleased with the color and how comfortable it is. I don't like overly plush couches you sink into and can't get out of and this is not one of those. It is comfortable but very supportive. I am 5'5" and wanted something I could sit in flat footed after I have my third child for nursing purposes. We didn't add the legs to the couch (because dust bunnies and lost toys and Legos underneath were such a pain with my previous couches) and without them it is the perfect height for me to sit in. It has kind of suede texture I wasn't expecting but feels nice and looks nice. Can't say anything about durability since we've only had it a few weeks but I'm sure my two (soon to be three) boys will put it to the test!”

“We are enjoying our new sectional. We've had it a bit longer than a month now and it is wearing very well. The wedge is the best seat in the house...luckily I only have to fight for it when our grown children are here! There is a small "dent" on the back cushion to show that it's been used more often than the other areas of the sofa, but I'm still VERY thrilled with this purchase. The throw pillows included with the sofa are wonderful...they just did not fit with my decor so I purchased different throw pillows.”

“I have really enjoyed this couch so far. We have a family of 5 and we can all comfortably sit together. My only negative is the leg posts. They were very difficult to attach and took a long time to do. I like that the cushions are attached so kids can’t throw the support pillows off. There are decorative pillows that they can still toss around but I care less about that. It’s a great family couch.”
