“Terrible design for a recliner. You have to push hard to get the recliner foot rest down. I did not try before I bought the chair so I have no one to blame but myself and my experience with Ashley I don't they care.”

“This recliner looks nice and looks more cushy than it feels. I ordered it online without trying it before purchase. Also, the reclining tab is between the arm rest and seat cushion, took me a little while to find it.”

Pretty but not practical.

“This recliner is very hard to close. Takes too much effort to do so. Also, the handle is flimsy and hard to access as it’s between the arm and the cushion. This will wear the material out eventually. I purchased this recliner online. Probably wouldn’t have gotten it if I would’ve tried it out in the store. I think this chair needs a redesign.”

“Horrible quality. Tried to work with Ashley and let them replace the seat cushion. That cushion did the same exact thing. (bunch up in the middle of seat like a huge mound). Called back and they brought out a new chair. Same exact thing.... DO NOT Purchase this item.........”

“We have had this recliner for less than 6 months and the leather around the seams on BOTH arms has already rubbed off. I purchased the protection and have filed two claims and both have been denied, despite including pictures. I would 100% not buy this chair again.”

“We had the rocker recliner for a month before we found out how to use the recliner. If it hadn't been for the other comments I would not have found how to recline and how to put the foot portion down. Wish there had been some sort of instructions on the cards that were attached!
We liked it before now we really like it! Comfortable and has a nice design that adds to the room.”
