“3 stars simply because the white glove delivery is $120. The only “assembly” they did was put the legs on the couch. If I would’ve known I would have just paid regular delivery. Aside from that the delivery company that is associated with Ashley asked for a tip before the service was complete because they “don’t get paid for doing more work” since my unit is on the 4th floor and they can only deliver to the 3rd floor. Which I explained to both companies prior to delivery that yes we are technically on the 4th floor but the first floor is in the basement so they would be going up only 3 floors of steps and they agreed it would be okay. The couch itself we love just the delivery experience was not the best.”

“So far, this couch has met all of my expectations! It’s firm yet supportive and has been very enjoyable to lounge on. I love the color and the fabric. I have high hopes that it will hold up even with small children. I appreciated the high backs and sides and that the sofa doesn’t have an arm rest in danger of being stepped on and damaged by children.”
