Horrible Experience, Don't Buy This One

“Looks just ok when you first get it, within days the cushions lose their fluffiness and form. My couch was also delivered with a rip. They replaced both sides of the sectional for me to have the same issues with the cushions. This is why there is a zipper for them to be able to put more poly stuffing inside. I don't forsee this couch being able to hold up it's form. If you get this couch, you must have warranty. Ashley gives you the hardest time to get a reselection to the point where they make you cry. They don't even like to give any extra towards a new couch when you have issues and get to reselect. I was told by an Ashley’s representative the credit amount, went shopping based off the credit amount I was told, all for me to be told no that's not your credit amount we had a system issue. They tell you the calls are being recorded, so I asked them to listen to the call ( I gave them the exact time date and minutes stayed on the phone) I was told they would listen and call me back. Yesterday I got a call saying " I don't know why they told you somebody would listen and call back, nobody is going to call back, you'll just be waiting. We have 8000 customers and only 5 people over them, so they don't have time to call people back" I wish Ashley’s would honor the credit I was told over the phone. They know I'm telling the truth if they refuse to listen to the recording. I'm so annoyed. Now we have to go find furniture with a lower credit amount because they refuse to honor the credit I was told over the phone. This makes me look like a lier to the store we went to (you have to go back to the store of original purchase) when I tell them our credit is 1 amount and they see a way lesser amount. I wish their customers service was better. I have recordings for proof if Ashley’s wants to hear them.”
