Great Reading Couch

“I just bought this sofa online. It was delivered and placed in my living room and it was well packaged. I didn't pay for them to put it together. I just needed to and the feet to it. It's easy, but you will need to predrill holes. The couch is firm to sit on. The back cushions are high and go up to my neck. It's such a comfy couch-I feel like I'm being held. The only drawback is the material does not hold up against cat claws. One of my cats has already started to get her nails in, and it pulls threads out easily. I will need to by a cover.”

“If I could give zero stars I would not hesitate. From the first day we got it, the chase is sunk in and you literally go down when you sit. I finally after a month opened the fabric from the bottom to see it, there is broken wood and spaces between parts and nails coming out everywhere. I don’t think couches should be looking like that in days after purchase. If anyone wants pictures of the disaster I am willing to forward.”

“Terrible quality. The two pieces don’t align properly, see pics. The cushions that you sit on, constantly have to be pushed back into place, making it hard to get up from a sitting position. I returned the first sectional and the second one has the same issues.”
