“The bed lets out really nice and it's very sturdy. I wish there was a thicker mattress but I can get a mattress topper to top the mattress that's included. Also, if you're scared it won't fit through your door trust me when I say I thought the same thing. But it did actually fit through and I live in an apartment.”

“The couch is very comfy and the delivery process was a breeze, thanks to Jesus, one to the crew members! Make sure you know that if for any reason your building has a time restriction for delivery to call Ashley 24-48 hrs ahead of time because if you need to re-deliver they charge a $99 fee. The color is nice too and the couch is spacious.”

“Arrived damaged. Reported to Customer Service and they have not taken any action to resolve despite having paid $200 extra for white glove delivery. Now I do not have a sleeper for guests. Thanks so much for nothing but taking my money and delivering a defective item, as well as the laziest customer care I have ever experienced.”
