Super cheap quality!

“HORRIBLE!! I’ve had this sofa for two years. I’ve already had to purchase dense foam to put under the cushions to give it some type of support because the cushions themselves have lost all density. It is, by far, the cheapest and most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever owned. The back cushions cannot be removed, and the seating cushions can’t be flipped because the fabric doesn’t match on the bottom side. You’ll be terribly disappointed if you expect this sofa to last anytime at all. Don’t waste your money!”

“Solid and comfortable inexpensive couch with option to move the "chaise" to either end. The chaise is noticeably firmer than the rest due to the way it's made. Not a huge issue but worth noting.
I would not call this couch "cozy", but it is comfortable overall. It will definitely last for a while and has been very durable for the last few years. It's still just as good of shape as it was when we got it.”

“Great apartment sofa, especially for a 1 bedroom. Really cozy right off the bat. I wouldn’t recommend it for tall people but I am average height for women so it fits my needs perfectly. Three people could sit here comfortably. It comes in two pieces, the couch itself and the cushions and the ottoman. The couch was too big for my elevator so the delivery guys had to haul it up my stairs. They did a great job delivering and assembling everything in my space.”

“The build quality is meh, as I'd expect from any couch at this price. We've had ours for just over a year and it's trashed. We have to push the seat cushions back in constantly, and they're deeply worn. The back cushions sag badly. The fabric frays and stains easily. We have pets and we use the couch every day, but its lifespan is still unacceptably short. We couldn't give this couch away now.”

“I am happy with the couch that I ordered. It was a bit softer than I thought it would be so I ended up ordering memory foam pads to go under the cushions. Overall very happy with my purchase.
However... The delivery has a lot to be desired. As I was checking out I noticed that I was being offered free doorstep delivery. The delivery men wanted to leave the couch in the street in front of the house. I asked them if they could drop it off at the doorstep which the were unhappy about. They took it to the stairs (I'm up one flight) and refused to take the couch any farther. This was not okay because I didn't have anyone to help me and this should have been covered by the doorstep delivery.
I am happy with the couch but due to the delivery issue I will not be ordering from Ashely any more. That was unacceptable and infuriating. I called customer support and heard nothing back. I assume the same with this review. If you don't want your couch left off in the sidewalk you should pay extra.”
