“We had high hopes after testing one in store and finding a couch with dimenssions that worked for our living room. But it's waaaayyy firmer than what we tested out at the store, which is dissapointing. Hopefully it softens up considerbly. That was one of the major selling points. It's fine but I wouldn't recommend it to people unless it softens. A little annoying the two guys delivered it at the (4 steps) rather than helping me (an individual) lug these pieces up into the house, but I guess that's Ashley charging $ for moving. Get a different ottoman--it's even firmer/thinner cushion and slightly lower than the couch height. No storage, even though it's empty inside.”

“Worst sectional I’ve ever bought. Had this sectional for three months. After one month, I noticed one of cushions was falling apart. The fabric was unweaving. I complained to Ashley who messed me around for over a month and then refused to replace the cushion. I now have three different cushions that have done the same thing. This sectional looks awful. Don’t buy it! Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Wish I could get rid of it”

Couch nice, customer service is bad

“Couch itself is nice but customer service at Ashley makes it not worth it. Ordered this online and was given a delivery date. 2 days before the deliver date got a call saying it’s on back order and won’t be delivered for another 6-8 weeks. I asked if there was anything that can be done as I would have never ordered this had they said that from the start. They said “no sorry” and offered me a 10% my next purchase. Why in the world would I buy something again with this experience? The couch itself is nice and comfy but again wouldn’t buy again due to customer service experience so beware.”
