Beautiful greige manual reclining furniture

“Ordered on a whim online the sofa & loveseat. Replacing a leather set we had 18 years. . The color of this sofa and loveseat is perfect like a griege, so it works perfectly with my living and dining area. Love the soft feel of the fabric and the reclining seats are very comfortable. Just arrived today, but we love it overall.”

“The product is “ok.” The fabric is soft but not great quality. The back has odd pieces that fit around a bit of wood and they do not fit properly. The color is more of a greyish and greenish in certain light. The couch it self is comfortable. I’m use to a higher quality brand and not sure if I would buy another Ashley product. If I do, I now know what the quality is like. Good price for what it is.”

“Had the recliner on the floor, but they would not sale it to us. They said we would have to wait 2-3 weeks to get it because they don't do business like this. Cash in hand and still refused to sale. So we went to WG&R and brought the same recliner and also the love seat were looking at. We brought both and took them home the same day. First come,first serve is what it should be. I thought the only way these furniture companies stay in business is to sale what is on the floor, but apparently not with Ashley. Cash is king and Ashley should start looking at that. Very satisfied with WG&R way of doing business, Ashley not!!!!”

“Extremely dissatisfied. Not only is the color a bit deceiving but the quality is such that during delivery, by Ashley, they completely broke the right recliner. When I contracted Ashley IMMEDIATELY, they told me they would come check it out in4-5 weeks.
In addition, the quality is poor. We are a pair of empty nesters, therefore there isn’t excessive wear on this sofa. However, the are cushions have shifted or broken down completely. After just 2 weeks, the armrest is hard boards instead of the cushioned comfort.
I have bought Ashley products throughout my 63 years but I have never been so disappointed in the craftsmanship and their customer service.”

“Fabric looks beautiful and is very soft. Cushioning is nice on the seat itself but there are hard edges on the back of the arm rests which makes reclining uncomfortable. Also, there is a hard, sharp edge on the top part of the foot rest and tends to cut into the calves. I worry that the fabric won’t hold up in these areas. Didn't notice when tested at the store or would have picked a different set. Expected better quality from Ashley.”
