“The chair that was delivered was smaller than what we sat in at the store. The chair was much darker as well. Returned it.”

“Comfortable! Communication regarding recliner delivery was exceptional; however, there was no communication at all about the two pillows we ordered being discontinued. I called customer service to find out why we hadn't heard anything about the pillows and they told us the pillows had been discontinued and that we'd have to physically back to the store to see what could be done about it. We ended up going to the store to try and buy the floor samples but they wouldn't allow it. Ultimately had to get a refund. I thought it was unprofessional that we had to reach out to find out what happened to the pillows. Ashley should have been proactive in letting us know and offering a solution.”
