Uncomfortable and unsupportive recliner!

“If you back or hip problems, this recliner does not provide the support you need. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with it and it is not only uncomfortable, after a few hours it is painful. It does not provide lumbar support and when it’s reclined, there’s areas of no support at all. BEWARE—You can’t return items even if it’s within 24 hours or EVER!! And if you have the Ashley credit card (Synchrony Bank), you can dispute the charge, but they’ll just deny it.”
