“Overall I would say this has not been a good experience for me. The staff at the Ashley store on Venice was not helpful or very nice which prompted me to use the online service. I have been a longtime customer with Ashley. All the furniture in my homes have come from Ashley. I contacted your Corporate office and I never heard back from them. As far as the sofa sleeper, I can’t say it is comfortable. Would not recommend the comforter or Ashley Furniture.”
