Disappointed!

“This sleeper sofa was delivered on 9/1/2023. After it was set up it look ok. However I was disappointed that the back cushions were permanently attached to the back so they could not be turned or rotated.
Also, I was shocked that the seat cushions were not covered in the sofa fabric on both sides. So they can't be turned over either. The under fabric is a cheap black fabric. In all the years I have been buying furniture I have never seen anything like this.
The legs of the sofa are plastic - hope they last.
The quality of this sofa is very disappointing. When we were in the showroom the sample of our sofa had much nicer fabric and we were told they had no samples of the chenille. I just learned a hard lesson.”

“They did a good job. They were very proud very professional. They helped me set up the sofa and I think it was well done even though it did take an extra couple of weeks to receive it which I’m OK with that, but it is a nice piece of furniture”

“Overall I’m satisfied just really surprised that there is no frame at the back part of the sofa. Just the fabric from the top and then to the base but nothing in between.
Basically, don’t move by putting knee at the back because it will go through it.”
