“the material above the armrest on both sides of the loveseat is defective and all wrinkled looking. the back of one of the seats on the loveseat does not go in to the seat part good so when i move around the whole back moves. the material looks and feels kind of cheap like plastic. im not all that happy with it”

Uncomfortable love seat

“The appearance of the product is very nice. However, it is very uncomfortable right now and it will take time to get used to it. Also, unlike the previous loveseat we originally purchased about 4 years ago, which is a great product, the back of the loveseat is not able to sit upright, and that causes discomfort. I will be sure and come into a store to see the product in person.”
