“After our purchase we had questions about the payment plan so we called the Albuquerque store and left a message for the manager to return our call. No one ever called us back. After a few days we called again and the person who answered the phone was so rude, I was stunned. Never in my life have I have been so disrespected. This man was so mean when I tried to explain why I wanted to speak to the manager. I don't care how great Ashley's products are. I will never buy anything from them again.”
