“Appearance and feel of material is great. Good firm and very comfortable couch. Only issue is ALL cushions do not stay in place. Need many adjustments daily and becoming a nuisance. Some sort of embroidered Velcro or something.”

Great couch

“Couch is super cozy, soft and very comfortable. The material is fuzzy and the cushions are fluffy. My only gripe would be that the cushions do slide around more than you want, but that’s not a huge deal. I ordered some furniture Velcro and that solved the sliding cushions easily. Love this couch and would recommend getting it.”

Fell apart after a month

“We had this couch less than a month before it literally started falling apart. 1 cushion came apart at the frame and another came apart on the bottom seam so stuffing started falling out. Note, we are not hard on our furniture with 2 older girls and 2 adults utilizing it.”

Not worth it

“Let me start with the good. This couch is STUNNING, and SO comfortable. HOWEVER, I bought this couch in December 2024. In under 6 months it is completely falling apart. The seat cushions are removable but NOT washable. Every single one of my 5 bottom cushions have ripped at the seams. I contacted Ashley as i purchased the warranty. After many pictures and back and forth they sent me 3 regular cushion cover replacements and an entire back piece - like the part that gets stapled to the frame (????) i guess i could rip mine off the couch, stuff the cushions and re-staple it?? Weird. I have not received the chaise cover replacements for either side. THEN i noticed the cushions on the back are completely detaching from the frame at the seams. Oh and the pillow covers come off but the stuffing inside is loose so i guess you could put them in a bag while you cleaned the covers?? I have contacted Ashley for a second time and have not gotten a response. The couch is pretty but don’t waste your money. Oh and the cushions do slide all over the place.”

Worst couch I have ever owned, I’d take me 6 times hand me down college couch over this one any day!

“This couch is horrible. The cushions don’t stay on and it they slide out from under you, leaving your behind in an uncomfortable abyss one cushion had already busted out of its zipper, which was poorly sewn together, and the amount of pilling/tears is atrocious. It’s not pet friendly and a huge waste of money. I should have listened to the previews reviews, that were of majority poor, but the sale price at the time had me take the risk. I would also like to add that all these amazing things have happened to this couch on less than 6 months of use. From a once nonbeliever of the bad reviews… do not purchase this junk.”

“Very comfortable and large, especially the seats cushions. Bought online without seeing so a little surprised by the “fuzzy” fabric. But, still very nice. Delivery crew was great and ridiculously fast and on time!! The ottoman top flips to become a nice table. We are very much enjoying this sectional.”
