Delivery communication doesn’t exist but ottoman is great!

“Delivered a day early & left out in the rain - nice that it came early but I never received any notification it was coming early or even delivered so box was completely soaked by the time I got home from work. Fortunately the ottoman was wrapped up very well in protective plastic & foam so it was fine but it would have been nice to have gotten better communication. Fabric is very soft & comfy. The table feature is great for game nights & the storage compartment is very convenient. You do need common sense to attach the feet to the bottom though because it doesn’t come with a guide of any kind. Super easy to do though if you know just the slightest bit about a power drill. We absolutely love ours!”

“Ottoman itself is fine although it arrived dirty because the packaging it was delivered in was all torn up. It didn’t arrive in a box, just plastic wrap - ripped plastic wrap. The fabric was exposed so the corners were all brown. I had to clean it upon arrival.”
