Horrible Customer Service

“Horrible. The ottoman came dirty. It had something that looked like gunk stains on the inside. The package arrived wrapped in semi torn plastic. I tries getting ahold on customer service and no luck. I just got am email saying it was past 72 hours and they couldn't do anything. I paid regular price for what seems like a damaged floor model. FRAUD!”
