“Vet nice couch way bigger than I expected it to be the cushions are slightly stiff but I'm guessing it just needs to be sat on a good bit to wear them down some other than that we love this couch”

Deeply Disappointing Sofa and Chaise Experience

“After using this sofa for more than a year, I am really disappointed with its quality. The seats sag a lot and I sink into them almost immediately, which makes it uncomfortable to sit for long. For reference, I weigh around 75 kilograms.
The biggest issue is the chaise. It is practically unusable. When you sit on it, the other end lifts up and the whole experience becomes awkward and unpleasant. I bought this sofa from Ashley Secaucus specifically to use the chaise for working and watching TV, but it never worked the way I hoped.
I tried contacting customer support for a replacement, but I did not have the required coverage and could not follow through in time. I would not only avoid this sofa, but also avoid other models in the same category with the same specs and materials.”
