“The sofa itself is very nice looking and appears to be good quality, especially for the price. I was not as thrilled about the installation and the feet. The sofa feet are plastic - if anyone has large friends/family members I would be worried if everyone sat on the sofa at the same time that the legs will eventually crack. I will be replacing mine with wood. Also, I would prefer to have the feet connection holes pre-drilled since it was hard to screw them in without predrilling some holes. Not sure what the piece of wood was that was attached to the underside - one more thing I had to do undo to get it set up.”

“I would highly recommend this sofa. Well made. Cushions are extremely firm and supportive. Seat length is perfect. I wanted a seat cushion that fit so my back reached the back of the sofa while sitting. I am not short, I am 5'7". Several friends have sofas with cushions with longer lengths that I found uncomfortable. I did not want to have to use a pillow to support my back, I wanted it to rest on the back of the sofa. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.”

“This is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever owned. I would not recommend it at all. I also was granted a reelection and after spending 2 hours in the store on my birthday was then told no, due to the fact that we were sold and had purchased the floor model. So with my bad back I sit in constant pain and discomfort. The only positive is the look of the sofa.”

“This couch is a thing of nightmares but we give Ashley's support 5 stars. We have had this couch 2 whole weeks and last night we were sitting on the couch watching tv and the frame literally cracked. 2 adults on the couch just sitting. The pillows come out on their own and just by sitting the middle cushion is already halfway slide out. Every time you sit it literally makes a cracking sound AND THIS IS THE SECOND COUCH Ashley's sent us. The first one that was exactly the same making the cracking sounds they took back and told us it must have been a lemon. Here we are again but this time it DID crack. Avoid this couch! It is not worth it!”

“You sent me an unfinished sofa. The back is not completely sewn up. Several inches are open. I contacted Ashley and they said they needed to order a part and then they'd have to get it on the schedule to come complete it in our home. Once the part came in, when they contacted us to schedule the work, they told us if something came up and we had to cancel fewer than 48 hours before the appointment THEIR NEGLIGENCE necessitated, they would charge us. I pointed out that since this isn't our fault, such a fee should be waived if something did come up. No, it can't be waived, if we inconvenience you, there's a fee. So you send me an unfinished couch, make us wait weeks to address it, then issue stern warnings about what will happen if WE inconvenience YOU. Ridiculous.
The couch itself is fine except for the fact you couldn't be bothered to finish it before delivering it. Not super nice leather. You get what you're paying for. But I would at least have expected it to be complete.”

“I truly regret purchasing this sofa set. While the pieces look nice at first glance, they are extremely uncomfortable. The cushions don’t stay in place — they constantly slide, shift, and lose their shape, which makes sitting on them frustrating. Overall, the quality is far below what I expected.
Unfortunately, I didn’t see the sofas in person before buying them, and now I realize that was a mistake. The day after delivery, I called Ashley Furniture to return them, fully expecting to pay a restocking fee. Instead, I was told that once the sofas were delivered, they could not be returned at all.
I’m very disappointed to be stuck with furniture that doesn’t satisfy me in any way. This experience has made me lose trust in the brand, and I don’t plan on purchasing furniture from Ashley again.”
