“In LOVE. We live in a VERY tiny one bedroom NYC apartment, so it was important for us to have a couch that had plenty of comfortable seating, and space for sleeping when we entertain. This was a great choice! It’s plush but firm, and when we take the back pillows off and put a fitted sheet over the couch, it makes a WONDERFUL sleeping arrangement for guests. I might purchase a twin mattress topper to co ver the bottom cushions when people are sleeping, just to preserve the cushions, but other wise this couch does everything we need it to do! It is big, but it fits in our space perfectly. We paid for the in-house setup. It’s stylish and matches with any decor. Recommend!”

“Love it! Perfect look for us, firmness, support, etc. We bought the couch first, and liked it so much we bought the rest of the set. Our previous set (Savesto) had some kind of down filling and it looks good, but we’re constantly fluffing (every day) and I like something with more support. This one is the perfect support for us. The cushions can be flipped to help even out wear and the covers also come off for easy cleaning. Not sure how well the larger couch will hold up, but we try to sit toward the sides just in case. Don’t want it to sag in the middle over time. The one thing to keep in mind is that the bottom feet had to all be drilled/screwed in. It was kind of a pain, so plan accordingly. Either do it yourself, get some help or pay for the in home setup. Overall, love it. Impressed by the delivery as well.”

“This sofa was beautiful and comfortable when it first arrived but within a few months very noticeable pulling occurred. This brand new sofa looked 10 years old after just a few months or normal use. We placed a claim with Ashley within the 1 year warranty period and they replaced the cushion covers. Same problem occurred within 2 months and even though the cushion covers are brand new, they deemed this problem outside the 1 year warranty and have made me go through my extended warranty (thank goodness I bought this). I am waiting to hear back. It’s embarrassing to have company over. I cannot believe that Ashley is continuing to sell this line, as many other people have reported the same problem. DO NOT BUY THIS SET, waste of money!”

The fabric and cushions felt nice initially, but within not even 6 months of use the fabric started to pill and the cushions are sagging in the middle. The fabric isn’t holding up well at all. Also it developed this loud creaking noise whenever you move or sit on the couch. The pillows that it comes with are hard with sharp feathers that constantly poke out at you and end up all over. Don’t get this couch if it’s going to be sat on regularly. Would not recommend, we will probably be replacing soon.”

The fabric pils bad, so much so to where I’ve decided to flip the cushions over cause I constantly had to use a fabric shaver to maintain it. I also find myself having to constantly fluff the cushions up to keep the shape. I bought the Maggie ottoman with the sofa, and it ripped at the seam within two months, to where Ashley sent a replacement cover with no further instructions, I had to unscrew the legs and staple it on the ottoman.”

“I have had this couch for over a year, so I can really have some input on this one. Within the first few months, it was great! Now a year later, the pilling of the fabric is ridiculous. I use a shaver all of the time but the little “balls” of fabric is horrible. This is the first couch I have ever bought, so I was unaware of the types of fabric where pilling happened. Just be aware with this fabric it will/does happen. It is still comfortable after a year, but also be mindful that you can’t take the back cushion covers off the wash. You “can” as it has zippers, but it’s all like a stuffing inside, not an actual insert like the bottom cushions. The cleaning is a bit difficult to that aspect. I wouldn’t buy this set again and would go with something else next couch purchase. Luckily it wasn’t too expensive where I’m not that upset to get a new one soon”

“Really loved this sofa. It IS beautiful and soft and fluffy. BUT it very quickly (I’m talking first few weeks of use) it started to pill. Badly. I had to order a fabric shaver to deal with it. The back rest cushions have zippers so you can wash them, right? Wrong. I just found a tag under the couch that actually states not to wash them. When you unzip the covers, there is just this brown fibrous stuffing (without its over cover), so if you take it out it gets EVERYWHERE and immediately loses its shape. It looks awful. The couches stain easily. I had someone’s denim jeans transfer into the couch. The fabric started pulling in the seats, so much that we had to put fabric patches over the couch. It’s been a nightmare. The couch is literally not even resellable and I am not being dramatic. I’ve never been so disappointed in a purchase. Unless you’re staging a home, don’t buy this couch if you have pets or kids or plan to actually get more than 1-2 years use out of it. I’m serious.”

“The pilling is such an eye sore, it literally makes the couch look disgusting and dirty. I had to buy a pilling razor off of Amazon and it only helps but so much, it looks fuzzy almost after and can’t get it all because it’s so bad. Because of the pilling the once soft texture feels rough and scratchy. Additionally the cushions lose shape, it starts to dip and everything just looks a mess anymore. Already looking for new furniture only had this not even a year yet.”

“Don’t waist your money buying the couch. I bought the couch and matching sofa expecting it to be decent quality for the price. As soon I got it it began to pill, the photo is how it now looks after only having the couch for one year. I’ve boughten cheaper couches on wayfair that are better quality than this. Despite the poor quality the delivery experience was also awful. The ottoman had to be taken back because it got dirty in the truck. One of the back cushions was oddly shaped but I was told it would get its regular shape after sitting out for a few days, however it has never looked like it was supposed to.”
