“Absolute junk!!! The fabric pills if you look at it. The ottoman is overpriced trash. The year old, highly used furniture looks like it's been run over with a rake repeatedly!! Do not buy!!”

“I love this ottoman. The matching couch is due in a couple of weeks. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the directions on how to attach the legs. It says you will need a phillips screwdriver. However, the holes are not pre drilled on the ottoman itself. So you will also need a drill. It would have been nice to have the holes already there so you can line them up all perfectly.”

Careful you might get the wrong color and have to keep it

“I was sent the wrong ottoman. They sent flax, I ordered birch. The day I received I called customer service and they agreed to set up a FedEx pickup and told me that they would ship the correct color ASAP. After about 2 weeks with zero communication, I called
the line again hoping to get a tracking number. I was then informed that they will not be sending me the proper ottoman and that I would need to get a refund in 10 days and order it again. I got the ottoman on sale, so I asked if they could at least credit the cost difference. They refused. So now I’m out $220 for 10 days and I can’t get the ottoman without paying an extra $100 over what I originally paid. Even though I ordered the correct color in the first place and requested an exchange. I’m so disappointed that Ashley doesn’t back up their products or help customers that they’ve done wrong. Unless they get me the birch ottoman for the price I originally paid, I will never be shopping here again.”
