“I was so worried buying a couch without testing it out first. Thankfully this turned out to be a great purchase. The couch is firm but super comfortable I’ve slept on the pullout bed a few times and haven’t had any issues. It’s comfortable and full. So happy I got this couch.”

“I love my sofa! I bought it online without touching or sitting on it. When I received it and finally touched the fabric, it was so soft amd comfortable. The cushions are nice and firm but comfy at the same time. The plush back pillows are perfect. The bed folds out quietly and easily and is nice to sleep on or chill with the kids on. There's no center lumbar bar to go across your back like other fold out beds. There are no sharp edges so it's great for a family with babies or kids or just clumsy adults. Awesome choice and amazing price.”

“I ordered this couch because the website said one to two weeks for delivery. Some local store (not Ashley Furniture) sent me an email stating it would be two to four weeks for them to get it from the Ashley warehouse, then they would be contacting me to setup a delivery. At the end of the day, I would not rely on the dates they have on the website for when you'll get the couch.”

“The couch itself looks nice but I would not order on line again. The couch was delivered and my husband and I unboxed it and noticed a tear in the fabric. I have been trying to file a claim with Ashley, however no one responses back. Every time I call customer service they promise me someone will get back to me in 24 hours. It has now been two weeks. Do better Ashley Furniture!”
