Big, lovely chenille sofa

“It's a beautiful sofa, but I didn't realize it was chenille fabric. I was hoping for a smooth fabric and I don't think the description includes that it's chenille. Plus it's a big sofa, so keep that in mind. It's comfortable and looks good, but you need a big room to handle it.”

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. RUDE, HATEFUL AND ARGUMENTATIVE.

“The Sofa is wonderful, but the delivery was the worst customer service experience we have ever had. As soon as my wife opened the door, the gentleman was already telling the other that it's wasn't going to fit. When my wife explained that my son and I had removed our old sofa from the living room, the delivery driver piped off with "Well it must've been a two seater. Because there's no way that a full size sofa would make it through that doorway". When my wife called me, I was on speaker phone and told the delivery drivers that they needed to deliver the sofa. Again, he piped off, in an attitude stating that he had measured the entryway and doorway and the sofa wouldn't fit. I was at work while my wife was alone at home. She had no other alternative, but to sign their paperwork stating that it was undeliverable and the gentlemen left the sofa in the front porch.... When I returned home, my wife and I EASILY placed the sofa in the living room. Was it tight? YES, but it was easily manageable. It took us longer to take the plastic and cardboard off of the sofa than it did for her and I to place it inside the living room. AND my wife is not a furniture mover by no means. So she was lifting, turning and pushing at my directions. So it took 1 and 1/2 people to do the job of two abled body men who are just lazy..... I have interior and exterior surveillance cameras and watched the video footage of the way he talked to my wife myself. The way he acted and how he was stealing to the other delivery driver when they first arrived. They did want to make the delivery because it was a small area. Plain and simple.... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE.... AND I HOPE THAT THIS IS SEEN BY THE RIGHT PEOPLE .. Ashley Furniture Homestore. Knoxville, TN. Turkey Creek.”
