Uncomfortable

“I have 2 of these chairs with ottomans in the Parchment color. The fabric is beautiful. However, the chair is not comfortable at all, very stiff. They are more for visitors that don't sit in them very long, not for relaxing. Disappointed. I was not able to find these locally to sit in first before I ordered them. For reference, I'm 5'6" and 145 lbs. My husband is 6'2" and 220 lbs., he doesn't like them either.”

“Delivery was great! We did bronze no unpacking no set up.
We opened after team left. We ordered two chairs. The chairs arrived in great condition and are comfortable. Both were wrapped and packed the same. However one came with tags attached and one came with no tags. I'm not happy with how the back cushion on one of them is puckered and slightly lopsided. It is also the one without a tag on it, so I suspect it was previously returned.”

Look Ma, No Legs

“This chair is exactly what I wanted as far as comfort and size, but fails miserably in everything else. I attached several photos. The "legs" as they call them, are just plastic rectangular things that are supposed to be screwed into the bottom of the chair obviously. The first problem is that there are no obvious or visible holes in the bottom of the chair. Are we supposed to make our own holes??? Ridiculous. Next is the "legs". Unless you have a screwdriver with a magnetic end, it is almost impossible to screw these in. Too difficult to explain in words but trust me on this. Then if you look at the bottom of the "legs" there is a round protruding piece of plastic that has no business being there. The bottom should be completely flat. In the end I have decided to go without any legs for the time being. I am waiting on Ashley to get back with me on how to fix this whether to just issue me a credit for a faulty product or send a technician to bring the correct legs.”
