Great couch, poor delivery

“The couch is nice and soft.
Delivery took two weeks longer than originally quoted.
Delivery drivers only had one pillow on the truck, do not know where the other pillow went.
I would recommend this couch, but maybe from a different distributor.”

Happy but not so happy

“Im happy it was delivered (very expensive so screw in some plastic legs & pull off packing). I was excited to see in person & get situated in my space. However that happy moment was quickly turned into blah...the deck or space to sit it extremely narrow. The legs are NO LONGER WOOD, but cheap PLASTIC Im extremely irrated with that considering I bought this to match some chairs (also Ashley purchased). I do like that the back cushions are attached to the sofa inself (hence the 4 stars). But seriously only 2 decorative pillows for a sofa/chaise, not even 4 but only 2? Ive purchased Ashely specifically for its construction, good quality. Really dishearting Ashley is now becoming
cheaply made, cheaply skimping on extra that should be included & poor insurance that doesn't cover the main parts of all furniture.”
