“The couch is a beautiful dark-grey/black color. Very soft material and it’s pretty comfortable too, will only get more comfortable over time, yes the cushions can slide out a little bit, but you can always by some Velcro and add that to them and it be just fine.
I only gave 4 star cause the couch on the arm, inside the wooden board is broken and a tech is having to come out and fix that. That is not a result of the delivery, this I believe is a direct result of how it came from the warehouse, within wrapping they did not notice it. I am sure the tech will do a great job and we will enjoy even more.
I do recommend this couch.”

“I purchased my couch online in December and had to wait until mid-February to receive it. I gave it 3 stars because while it does look nice, that’s pretty much where the positives end. The cushions are always slipping off, and I ended up having to buy velcro to keep them in place, but they still need adjusting every month. Plus, the cushions are wearing down much quicker than I expected. On top of that, one side makes a really unsettling noise when I sit down, which makes me worry that it might break before the year is up. Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with this purchase.”

“The chaise part of my sectional was completely broken in one corner, and on the sofa side of it, the arm is making funny noises. Almost like a crunching sound. Also the whole setup is crooked like the fabric was stapled on the frame wrong. Although this couch is extremely comfortable and soft it seems to be constructed cheaply.”
