“Looks and feels great fits as expected and measurements are true to size. The smellnhowever was gross and up steam cleaning it the day after purchase the water was so brown and disgusting. I can imagine how the storage facility is because the whole set was dirty.”

“We LOVE this couch it was relatively easy for my husband to assemble probably took 45 min. It is so soft. On the firm side but we like it and it’s very cozy. It also is so gorgeous. Definitely worth getting the ottoman too.”

“This couch is beautiful. I was not expecting the fabric to be so soft but it's like ur favorite soft blanket or pair of pants. It's also the perfect level of comfort-not too soft and not too firm. The ONLY thing that I struggle with is the couch cushions sliding out. I may put some velcro on it to help. I'm a huge fan.”

“The perfect size for our family! We also have 3 dogs who think the couch is theirs, and the material is able to easily be cleaned from dog hair and slobber at times. A little firm at first, but it has gotten softer as we have used it! We bought the large ottoman to go with it and it is perfect for movie nights.”

“Hello
Well…this is the second chaise lounge I’ve had delivered because the first one was just not rt. The corner of the couch sunk in when you sat down and did not have the same sturdiness as the rest of the couch. I do love the fabric and the colour. The couch is beautiful. I wish they would not have cut corners on the cushions with the fabric though. They did not use the same fabric on the underside of the cushion, they used a slippery fabric which causes the cushions, especially the chaise lounge to slide out. We mitigated that with that fabric that you put under carpets so the cushions do not slide. Overall I think the couch is great, just don’t settle for anything that’s not just rt.”
